Cross the velvet rope into the sultry, sexy world of burlesque dance when Make It Happen shimmies its way onto DVD December 9th from Genius Products and The Weinstein Company. Directed by Darren Grant (Diary Of A Mad Black Woman, Destiny’s Child “Survivor” music video) and penned by veteran writer Duane Adler (Step Up, Save The Last Dance), Make It Happen stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Live Free or Die Hard, Factory Girl, Death Proof) as a small-town dancer with dreams of making it in the big city. Armed with talent, ambition and determination, she struggles to overcome the odds weighing against her while creating opportunities to pursue her life-long passion.
